- FREE EU Shipping (2-4 business days): Free for orders €100.00 and up.
- STANDARD EU Shipping (3-5 business days): €4.50 EUR for orders up to €99.99.
North America (All 50 states of the United States) & Canada
- FREE International Shipping (3-5 business days): Orders $100.00 USD/CAD and up enjoy free shipping.
- STANDARD International Shipping (3-5 business days): For orders up to $99.99 USD, a flat rate of $19.99 USD applies.
East Asia (Hong Kong SAR, Japan, Singapore)
- FREE International Shipping (3-5 business days): Free for orders €100.00 and up.
- STANDARD International Shipping (3-5 business days): €22.99 EUR for orders up to €99.99.
Additional Shipping Information
Please note that Beauty, Skincare, and Perfume products cannot be shipped outside of Europe due to manufacturer restrictions. Orders to the USA/Canada and East Asia are delivered on a Duty Unpaid (DUP) basis. Customers are advised to check with their local customs office for information on duty and taxes. Our shipping operations are from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, excluding Bank/Public Holidays. Most orders require a signature upon delivery for security.
Order Tracking and Delivery
All orders are shipped with a tracking service. You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update in the system.
