Warehouse & Delivery Operations

To optimise fulfilment and reduce transit times, we ship from trusted 3PL warehouses located in Italy, Spain, and the USA.
Please note: Our Beauty, Skincare, and Fragrance products are shipped exclusively within Europe, in accordance with brand and regulatory standards.

All in-stock orders are processed, picked, and packed within 24–48 hours (Monday–Friday), ensuring a smooth and efficient delivery experience.

Shipping Regions & Rates

Europe (excluding Cyprus & Malta)

  • EXPEDITED EU Shipping (1–2 business days): €3.50 for orders €100+ (not available for lower orders)

  • Complimentary EU Shipping (2–4 business days): Available for orders €100+

  • STANDARD EU Shipping (3–5 business days): €4.50 for orders under €100

North America (USA & Canada)

  • Complimentary International Shipping (3–5 business days): For orders $100 USD/CAD+

  • STANDARD International Shipping: $19.99 USD for orders below $100

East Asia (Hong Kong, Japan, Singapore)

  • Complimentary International Shipping (3–5 business days): For orders €100+

  • STANDARD Shipping (3–5 business days): €22.99 for orders under €100

    Additional Shipping Info

    • Orders to the USA and East Asia are shipped Duty Unpaid (DUP). Any applicable duties or import taxes are the buyer’s responsibility.

    • Deliveries occur Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM, excluding public holidays.

    • Signature may be required upon delivery for added security.

    Order Tracking

    Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking details to activate.
