Additional Shipping Information

Orders to the USA and East Asia are delivered on a Duty Unpaid (DUP) basis. Customers are advised to check with their local customs office for information on duty and taxes. Our shipping operations are from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, excluding Bank/Public Holidays. Most orders require a signature upon delivery for security.
